Staging your property for sale gives you the best chance of selling faster and achieving a higher sale price than an unstaged property.
Home staging also helps your property stand out from other properties online and appeals to the widest range of buyers.
*Market statistics have shown that a staged property will sell 30 to 50% faster than an equivalent un-staged property. Similarly it will sell for 7 to 17% more than its un-staged equivalent (reference Naomi Findlay).
We will contact you to arrange a viewing of the property.
During the viewing, we will take photos and measurements to work out the best style and layout to suit your property.
We will then email you an obligation free quote within 2 business days of the viewing.
On acceptance of the written quote we will contact you to arrange a date for install. This is usually done a day or two before the photos are taken.
Please allow 4-8 hours for us to get everything set up on install date (depending on the size of the property and its location).
Our standard staging timeframe is 6 weeks.
We will arrange a date with you near the end of the 6 weeks to come and remove the staging items. This will take approximately 2 hours.
If the property takes longer to sell we can offer extensions.
The cost of staging a home depends on a few things such as where you live, how easy it is to access, the size of the home and how long it needs to be staged.

All prices exclude GST and are for a 6 week term.
This is for vacant properties. We stage your property using all of our own furniture and furnishings. This has the biggest impact and is highly recommended.
Prices are for a standard home and include logistics. Please enquire for a comprehensive quote for any additonal living spaces, locations outside the Wellington region or for properties with difficult access
